Shipping, packaging and transportation

Andy’s Truffles packaging and shipping policy for fresh truffles and truffles for dog training applies no matter do you order directly or from our ETSY or EBAY shops.

Packaging

When you buy Fresh Truffles they will be vacuum sealed, wrapped in insulated packaging, and snuggled up with the icepacks to ensure they stay super fresh.

Our fresh Truffles will stay chilled for up to 72 hours in our thermo envelopes or insulated cool boxes, alongside icepacks, during transit.

Shipping

Fresh truffles will be shipped with FedEx International Priority or DHL Express. Whole dry truffles and other products will be shipped over the regular trackable mail.

As standard, we will ship them for delivery by the end of the working week (Delivery Tuesday to Friday)* with a signature required. In order to get your truffles shipped you will need to leave also your phone number.

Here is the basic delivery schedule we are trying to maintain:

Shipping to the USA and Canada

Typically shipping to USA locations takes two working days.

Order BEFORE 13 a.m. Monday – Wednesday and your order will be shipped the same day, for delivery (Wednesday – Friday).
Otherwise, Orders made AFTER 13 a.m. Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday the next week for delivery on Thursday next week.

Shipping in the European Union, Switzerland, and the UK

Order BEFORE 13 a.m. Monday – Wednesday and your order will be shipped the same day, for Next Working Day Delivery (Delivery Tues – Fri).
Order AFTER 13 a.m. Monday – Wednesday and your order will be processed and shipped the following day.
Otherwise, Orders made AFTER 13 a.m. Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday the next week, for delivery on Tuesday.

Shipping to remote locations in Europe (islands like Corsica, Sardinia, Sicily Palma or something similar)

Typically shipping to such locations takes one extra day so all orders will be gathered during the week and packages will be shipped on Monday.

Order BEFORE 13 a.m. Monday – Tuesday and your order will be shipped the same day, for delivery (Thursday – Friday).
Otherwise, Orders made AFTER 13 a.m. Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday the next week for delivery on Thursday next week.

Shipping to anywhere else

Please consult with us prior to ordering! Those are truffles, not t-shirts and they need to reach you fresh. We work with FedEx/TNT and DHL.

Returns

All products are guaranteed to be fresh and should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Credit will not be granted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or partially consumed. Please keep all packaging intact for any returns. Fresh Truffles products should be returned in foam box and icepack via next day shipping. If perishable items will not be shipped as instructed credit will not be granted. All claims must be made within twenty-four hours of receipt of shipment and a return authorization will be issued, please send an email to shop@andytruffles.com. Once the claim is received and accepted, we will ship again new items or will issue a credit only after the merchandise is received by our warehouse. No returns will be accepted without previous authorization.
