Fresh small white alba truffles (tuber magnatum pico)

Description

Our small-sized white alba truffles are equally fresh as the others. All are tuber magnatum pico. The only difference is that they are smaller – under 10 gr. per unit. They have the same delicate aroma and nutty taste as the larger ones.

The small-sized alba truffles are ideal for truffle-infused butter, truffle oil, truffle pasta (our favorite is truffle carbonara), truffle-infused mashed potatoes, and other truffle dishes.

From all our offering they are the best for training truffle dogs on white truffle.
