Individual mushrooms have a wonderful aroma and are from 5 to 15 gr and represent truffles that are less in size than our primary product – Fresh truffles for personal consumption and gastronomy cooking but still quite nice and delicious.

Those truffles are ideal for personal consumption or for preparing homemade truffle oil, truffle salsa, truffle butter, or truffle salt.
